Ronnie Irving begins his first season as an assistant coach at C.W. Post.  Irving played in a C.W. Post uniform for two years and helped the Pioneers capture national championship titles in 2009 and 2010.  He will be working with the face-off specialists and manage substitutions. 
 
In 2011, Irving was fourth in the nation in face-off percentage (.645) and was named USILA Second Team All-America.
 
Irving began his collegiate career playing at Nassau for two years before transferring to C.W. Post.  He was a member of the 2008 NJCAA national championship team and was named All-American.  Irving was a three-sport athlete at North Shore, where he was named all-county in lacrosse and wrestling.    
 
Irving is pursuing his bachelor’s degree in childhood education.
