Softball Tabbed 21st In This Week's NFCA Poll
STARKVILLE, Miss. (March 11, 2009) – The C.W. Post softball team is ranked 21st in this week's National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) poll, released this on Wednesday.
Angelo State (23-3) is the top team in the poll this week after receiving 13 first place votes.
C.W. Post, who is the only school in the East Coast Conference ranked in the poll, slipped 11 spots after starting the season 1-1 earlier this week.
The Pioneers (3-5) will wrap up their southern trip to Florida in the Spring Rebel Games this weekend with Caldwell College and Wayne State University on Saturday, March 14. They will host American International College at home on Saturday, March 21.
