BALTIMORE, Md. (March 30, 2009)- The C.W. Post Pioneers maintained their third place national ranking according to recent United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) polls released Monday afternoon. No changes occurred in the top for slots as the Pioneers remain on the heels of Le Moyne College and neighboring NYIT.

NYIT held onto its spot at the top of the ranking with seven first place votes, followed by Le Moyne College who claimed the remaining three votes. Merrimack College kept the number four spot, followed by Mercyhurst College, and Molloy College. Bentley jumped to the seventh, with Mars Hill, Seton Hill, and Dowling College rounding out the top ten.

C.W. Post (8-1) returns to the field April 4th as they host No. 1 NYIT in an East Coast Conference showdown at 12 p.m.
