National Champion Men's Lacrosse Team To Be Honored At Long Island Lizards Champions Night
BROOKVILLE, N.Y. (July 8, 2009) –The 2009 Division II National Champion C.W. Post men's lacrosse team, which captured its second national title in program history by defeating LeMoyne, 8-7, on May 24 at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Mass., will make an appearance at the Long Island Lizards Champions Night on July 18th at 8pm at Hofstra University's Shuart Stadium as the Long Island Lizards will take on the Toronto Nationals.
The team will be honored on the field at a ceremony during halftime, along with other Long Island high school and college championship teams.
