Men's Lacrosse Stays At The Top Of USILA Poll
PERRY, N.Y. (March 1, 2010) – The C.W. Post men's lacrosse team remains the top team in this week's United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association poll.
The Pioneers (2-0) received eight first-place votes to lead the field of ten teams. Le Moyne College was the only other first place vote to finish second, followed by Mercyhurst College and New York Tech, who were both tied for third. Limestone College placed fifth in the poll followed by Merrimack College(6), Dowling College (7), Mars Hill (8) and Bentley University. Molloy College rounded out the top ten.
Queens University of Charlotte, Adelphi University and Saint Leo University each received votes in the poll.
C.W. Post returns to action when it hosts its conference opener against Seton Hill on March 6 and continues play with its inaugural meeting against Mercy College on March 7.
