Softball Reenters NFCA Poll At No. 21

STARKVILLE, Miss. (April 7, 2010) – The C.W. Post softball team reentered this week's NFCA coaches poll at No. 21 after going 6-0 last week with wins against St. Thomas Aquinas, Merrimack and NYIT.
North Georgia remains the top team and is still unbeaten with a 35-0 record. Indiana (Pa.) was the highest ranked C.W. Post opponent at No. 13 with New Haven following at No. 14.
The Pioneers are the only ranked team in the East Coast Conference with a 21-7 overall record and 7-1 mark in conference play.
C.W. Post will play away at Mercy College this Thursday and will close out the week hosting the surging Golden Lions of Dowling College on Saturday at 12 p.m.
