Men's Lacrosse To Be Honored By New York Mets On July 31
BROOKVILLE, N.Y. (July 22, 2010) – The 2010 C.W. Post men's lacrosse team will be honored by the New York Mets in recognition of winning the NCAA National Championship prior to the start of New York's 7:10 p.m. game against the Arizona Diamondbacks.
The team is invited to watch batting practice on the field and will be honored by the Mets in a pregame ceremony.
Head coach John Jez and the Pioneers captured their second straight NCAA title in a 14-9 rematch win over LeMoyne College on May 30 at M & T Bank Stadium in Baltimore, Md.
