C.W. Post Ranked Third In PSAC East Preseason Coaches Poll

KUTZTOWN, Pa. (August 2, 2010)The Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) released its preseason coaches' poll for the upcoming 2010 football season and C.W. West Chester was selected as the preseason favorite in the division.  The Pioneers received three first-place votes, which tied for most in the division with Shippensburg.
C.W. Post looks to build on a 6-5 overall and a 5-2 conference record in 2009 and capture the PSAC Championship title to clinch a postseason berth. The Pioneers finished the season tied for second place in the division one year ago.
In the West Division, California (Pa.) was selected as the No. 1 team and received seven first-place votes.
The Pioneers begin their 2010 campaign on Sept. 4 at against American International College 1 p.m. in Springfield, Mass.  C.W. Post's home opener is against California (Pa.) on Sept. 11 at 1 pm on Hickox Field.
