Men's Lacrosse Ranked Fourth In Lacrosse Magazine's Preseason Poll
BALTIMORE (Dec. 31, 2011) – Lacrosse Magazine released its 2012 Division II men's lacrosse preseason poll and has ranked C.W. Post fourth out of 10 teams.
Reigning national champion Mercyhurst College is No. 1 in the poll followed by runner-up Adelphi University. Limestone College garnered the third slot in the poll. LeMoyne College is ranked fifth while Dowling College and NYIT are sixth and seventh, respectively. Closing out the poll are Mercy College (eighth), Merrimack College (ninth) and Pfeiffer University (tenth).
C.W. Post opens its season at home on Feb. 18 against ECC foe, Wheeling Jesuit University, on Hickox Field.
