Since it's now over, how would you assess your college career?

Now that it's over I would say my college career was a successful one. I was a four-year starter as a defensive middie. I won two national championships, and was named team captain my senior year, not to mentioned being named honorable mention All-American my senior year.

Going from Marblehead to C.W. Post, what were the adjustments that you had to make to compete on the collegiate level, and how long did it take?

Going from Marblehead to C.W. Post, I did have to make changes. I had to learn a new style of defense, and had to learn quickly. I also had to learn to play at a faster pace. It didn't take too long, just about the first month or two in my freshman year.

When was the first time that you fell in love with the sport?

I fell in love with the sport when I started playing in the sixth grade.

Who was most influential in your development as a lacrosse player, and why?

My high school coach, Coach [John] Wilkens, was influential in my development as a lacrosse player. He helped me get to the next level.

What still stands out for you from your high school days?

What stands out to me about my high school days was playing with my friends. It was always fun playing lacrosse with good friends.

What game and/or specific play is most memorable from your college days?

My most memorable game from college was the first championship that we had won. I will never forget that game or feeling during/after the game.

What's your major, and when will you be officially graduating from C.W. Post?

I major in finance, and I will graduate next spring in May 2012.

What are you doing this summer regarding lacrosse?

This summer, I am playing box lacrosse in the QSLL (Quebec Senior Lacrosse League) for a team in Vermont.

What are your future plans in the sport?

Future plans for the sport, possibly tryout for the Boston Blazers (in November).
