Bonneau Named ECAC Player of the Week
CAPE COD, Mass. (Jan. 11, 2012) - Senior guard
Stefan Bonnea (Middletown, N.Y.) was named the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Division II Player of the Week, the organization announced on Tuesday.
Bonneau averaged 23.0 points and 6.0 rebounds per game, scoring a season-high 31 points in a win over Bridgeport, 94-78, on Wednesday. The senior then scored 15 points in a win over Saint Thomas Aquinas, 66-58, on Saturday.
The Pioneers are currently 9-4 overall and 3-0 in the East Coast Conference. C.W. Post continues ECC play this evening with an away contest at Mercy at 7 p.m.
