Softball Schedules Pitching Clinic For January

BROOKVILLE, N.Y. (Dec. 6, 2013) - LIU Post Head Softball Coach Jamie Apicella recently announced that he and pitching consultant Megan Butterworth, along with his current team, will be offering a two-day pitching clinic for girls ages 8-18 on Jan. 18-19, 2014 at the Pratt Recreation Center.
Two sessions will be held with the first one from 12 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. for ages 8-13. Meanwhile, the second session will be for ages 14-18 from 1:30 p.m. – 3 p.m. A registration fee of $125 covers both days.
There is limited space available and registrants will be taken on a first-come, first-serve basis. It is highly recommended that each pitcher brings her own catcher, but a catcher can be provided if needed.
