DETROIT, Mich. (Apr. 7, 2014) - On Saturday, Apr. 12, former LIU Post standout wide receiver Joe Botti (Holtsville, N.Y.) will look to showcase his talents to scouts at the NFL's Super Regional Combine, set to be held at Ford Field in Detroit, Mich.

Botti, who hopes to hear his name called at Radio City Music Hall this May at the NFL Draft, was one of 150 collegiate football players selected to participate in the combine.

In his senior year with the Pioneers, Botti corraled 62 passes for 878 yards and 12 touchdowns, which ranked third in the Northeast-10 Conference and 18th in NCAA Division II. As a result, he earned All-NE-10 second-team offense accolades.

Botti finished his collegiate career with the third-most receiving yards (2,280) in LIU Post history, averaging 15.7 yards per catch. He also hauled in 25 total touchdown receptions.
