BROOKVILLE, N.Y. (Sept. 22, 2015) - On Wednesday, the LIU Post men's lacrosse team is scheduled to kick off its fall ball season against Japan's Kyoto University in an exhibition game at Bethpage Federal Credit Union Stadium at 4 p.m.

Kyoto is also slated to face Division I programs Villanova University (Sept. 22), Hofstra University (Sept. 25), Yale University (Sept. 26) and Sacred Heart University (Sept. 27) on its visit to the United States.
 
In 2014, the Pioneers boasted an overall record of 14-3 and an East Coast Conference ledger of 8-0, capturing their second-straight ECC Tournament title in the process. Additionally, LIU Post secured a bid to the NCAA Division II Tournament for the third-consecutive year.
