KANSAS CITY, Mo. (Sept. 20, 2016) - For the second-consecutive week, the LIU Post men's soccer team has stayed at No. 8 in the National Soccer Coaches Association of America Top-25 Poll, released Tuesday.
The Pioneers are currently one of only 15 remaining undefeated teams in Division II. Last week, the green and gold posted a pair of shutouts, blanking Post University, 1-0, and Queens College, 2-0.
LIU Post is off to a 7-0 start for the first time since 2013. It has limited its opposition to an average of 0.43 goals per game, while also scoring at a clip of 3.00 goals per contest.

Charlie Ledula (London, England) is presently tied for second amongst the nation's leaders in game-winning goals (4). Junior midfielder
Harry Pearse (London, England) ranks ninth in Division II in total points with 14.

Andreas Lindberg and his LIU Post squad return to action Saturday (Sept. 24), when they face University of Bridgeport in an East Coast Conference tilt at 2:30 p.m. at Pioneer Soccer Park in Brookville, N.Y.
