The Pioneers took four of the nine matched against Gannon, who earned victories in the first two matches, before Anthony Sparacio got the Pioneers on the board earning a 3-1 sudden victory. #10 Joseph Calderone picked up an 8-1 decision victory over #5 Giovanni Ciotti in the 149 pounds bout.
The Golden Knights rattled off another pair of wins in the 157 and 165-pounds weight classes. In the 174-pound weight class, Dan Arkow earned a major decision victory over #8 Jake Stratton and Dan McClure edged out Jake Stratton 8-6 at 184 pounds.
Gannon capped off the match with back-to-back victories via a major decision and a fall decision that gave the Golden Knights the 26-13 victory.

Kinyua gave up two takedowns but earned a pair of escapes to trail 4-2 to start the second period. Kinyua was able to remain on top through the second period after Sparacio chose bottom. Kinyua chose bottom to start the final period, earning an immediate escape. Trailing 4-3 Kinyua gave up a takedown to fall 6-3.

After a scoreless first period, Grass selected bottom to start the second period. Grass earned a reversal 30 seconds into the period, to lead 2-0 to begin the final period. Grass secured a takedown after, Caldarone chose neutral, finishing the match 5-0.

Dietrich chose bottom after a scoreless first period. Dietrich was turned to give up four near fall points, to trail 4-0 to start the third. Fabian chose bottom to start the final period, and earned a reversal. Dietrich earned an escape in the last twenty seconds of the match to fall 7-1, after Fabian was awarded a riding time point.

Wilkerson opened the scoring with a takedown in the first 20 seconds of the match. Wilkerson gave up an escape to hold a 2-0 lead to begin the second period. Wilkerson chose bottom to start the second period, in which he gave up atwo sets of four near fall points, before losing by fall with 36 seconds remaining in the second period.

Johnson started the final period of the contest on his feet, where he gave up a pair of takedowns, before earning an escape to drop the match 11-3 after riding time point.

Konyk gave up a takedown with fifty seconds remaining in the first period to trail 2-0 to start the second period. Koynk chose neutral to start the second period, the action remained 2-0 to start the third. Koynk began the third on top where he gave up an escape, before he earned a takedown and a set of back points. Koynk gave up a second escape and a takedown to end the match 7-4 after the riding time point was awarded.

Phipps hit a go behind takedown to secure the first points of the match, a minute into the firs, he remained on top to lead 2-0 to start the second. Phipps began the period on bottom, where he earned a reversal, he would lock up a tilt for four near fall points, leading 8-0 to start the third. Phipps chose neutral to start the final period, earning a takedown as well as a riding time point and giving up an escape to win the match 11-1.

Robb earned the first takedown of the match, once on top Robb converted a turn into a fall with 49 seconds remaining in the first period.
LIU Post will be at the USMMA Duals Saturday, December 9 and will compete at Madison Square Garden Sunday, December 10th facing Nationally Ranked Wilkes University
