CENTRAL ISLIP, N.Y. (Apr. 25, 2017) - On Monday, the East Coast Conference awarded its weekly men's lacrosse honors, and LIU Post junior midfielder Dylan Harned (Selden, N.Y.) and freshman midfielder Austin Guerrina (Longwood, Fla.) were selected as the league's player and rookie of the week, respectively.

Harned tallied a team-leading 10 goals in a pair of victories for the Pioneers last week. He led all players with four goals at Post last Wednesday (Apr. 19) and notched a game-high six goals in a 16-15 overtime win at UDC on Saturday (Apr. 22).

Guerrina was the team's second-leading scorer last week with 10 points (6 G, 4 A). He netted three tallies at Post and followed that up with a game-high-tying seven-point performance (3 G, 4 A) at UDC.

Harned currently leads the green and gold in goals (30), points (39) and game-winners (3) this season, while Guerrina ranks second on the team in scoring with 29 points (20 G, 9 A).

Harned, Guerrina and the Pioneers return to action Wednesday (Apr. 26), when they battle ECC opponent St. Thomas Aquinas College at 3:30 p.m. in Sparkill.
