BROOKVILLE, N.Y. – Despite a loss to No. 8 New York Institute of Technology, the LIU Post men's lacrosse team remained inside the top-15 nationally in both polls this week.
 
The Green and Gold came in at No. 14 in both the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association and the Nike/U.S. Lacrosse Magazine rankings.
 
The Pioneers opened the week with an 18-7 victory against the University of the District of Columbia before coming up just short in an 11-7 decision in the Battle of the Boulevard rivalry.
 
LIU Post will look to bounce back today when they take on No. 15/16 St. Anselm College in non-conference action in Manchester, N.H.
