2018-19 SCHEDULE
BROOKVILLE, N.Y. - Coming off a campaign that saw the program earn a second-place finish at the Metropolitan Championships, second-year head coach
Kristen Foley announced the LIU Post women's swimming team's schedule for the 2018-19 season Monday.
The Pioneers' slate includes three meets inside the Pratt Natatorium while LIU Post will also compete against a pair of NCAA Division I opponents in Sacred Heart University and Stony Brook University.
The Pioneers open the season on Oct. 13 with a tri-meet in Fairfield, Connecticut against Sacred Heart and Central Connecticut State University then follows with a dual meet inside the Pratt Natatorium against East Stroudsburg University on Oct. 27.
The Pioneers return to the Pratt Natatorium for another dual on Nov. 3, 2018 when they host the University of Bridgeport and follow with a dual at Stony Brook University on Nov. 3.
The ECAC Championships follow from Nov. 30-Dec. 2 in Meadow, New York while the Pioneers open the new year hosting their final home meet against New York University on Jan. 11, 2019.
The Pioneers then travel to Worcester, Massachusetts on Jan. 19 for a dual meet against Assumption College then follow with their final regular season meet at Millersville University with Kutztown University on Jan. 26.
LIU Post's postseason includes the Metropolitan Championships from Feb. 22-24 in Piscataway, New Jersey and the NCAA Division II Championships from Mar. 16-19 in Indianapolis, Indiana.
