WEEK EIGHT USILA TEAM OF THE WEEK

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – For the fourth time this season, the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association named LIU Post men's lacrosse senior faceoff specialist Connor Farrell to the national Division II Team of the Week.
 
Farrell continued to dominate the opposition during two wins last week for the Pioneers. Farrell posted a .935 winning percentage against Georgian Court University and Molloy College. In addition to winning 43-of-46 draws, the senior collected 39 ground balls during the week. In the win against Molloy, Farrell posted a perfect 22-for-22 mark at the "X" and collected a game-high 20 ground balls.
 
After another perfect performance against Wilmington University earlier this afternoon, Farrell has won 41-consecutive faceoffs. On the year, he currently leads all of Division II with an .865 faceoff winning percentage while also leading the nation with 19 ground balls per game.
