Prior to C.W. Post: Previously played at UConn, where she helped the Huskies capture the BIG EAST title in 2009 … UConn advanced to the NCAA quarterfinals in 2010 … played varsity lacrosse at Pierson High and led the Whalers to the Class C Championship title in 2007 … honors received included all-state, all-Long Island, Newsday All-Long Island team … also received the Nancy Cole award … also competed in lacrosse.
Personal: Youngest of Jon and Darlene Semlear … was a member of the UConn SAAC Committee and was a HuskySport volunteer … is working toward a master’s degree in school counseling.
