2012: Played in 10 games … was third on the team with 13 goals, including two man-up goals against Wheeling Jesuit (Feb. 18) … added six assists …scored a season-high four goals against Southern New Hampshire (March 3) … scored three goals against Wheeling Jesuit (Feb. 18) and Mercyhurst (March 31).
 
2011: USILA First Team All-America … ECC First Team … started in all 18 games … led the team with 54 goals with 18 assists … recorded 10 man-up goals … registered a season-high six goals on two occasions against Grand Canyon (Feb. 19) and Chestnut Hill (Feb. 26) … twice recorded eight points during the season against Grand Canyon (Feb. 19) and later against Lake Erie (April l6) … tallied two man-up goals against American International (Feb. 27) and Saint Michael’s (March 19) … two-time ECC Player of the Week … one-time ECAC Player of the Week.
 
2010: Led the team in scoring with 45 goals and added nine assists … earned Nike Player of the Week honors for his performance in the semifinal game against Dowling … named ECC Player of the Week (April ) … registered a hat trick against Dominican (March 24) … tallied a career-high seven goals with two assists against Wheeling Jesuit (April 17) and followed that up with a six-goal performance at Molloy (April 24) … also scored six goals with two assists against Lake Erie (May 9) … had a strong postseason and led the Pioneers in scoring with four goals in each game against Dowling (May 22) and LeMoyne (May 30) … was named the Most Outstanding Player in the title match against LeMoyne.
 
2009: Played in 15 games … tallied 16 goals and 11 assists … caused one turnover and picked up seven ground balls.
 
Prior to C.W. Post: A three-sport athlete for the West Islip Lions … played three years of varsity lacrosse … led his team to one county championship and two state championships … was named Most Improved Player and Suffolk County Rookie of the Year in 2007… a captain in 2008, earned All-American honorable mention nods … scored a career high nine points on April 18, 2008 against William Floyd High School … set a school record of 67 goals in 2008, also tallying 17 assists … notched 38 goals and seven assists in 2007… played two years of varsity soccer and basketball.
 
Personal: Youngest of Larry and Patricia Plompen’s three children ... favorite athlete is Michael Jordan … majoring in criminal justice.
