2004: Saw virtually all of her action in 2004 at first base ... Possessed an impressive batting eye that saw her lead the team in walks last year with 24 ... Combined that with a flawless swing that allowed her to collect hits in 33 of the team’s 45 games, including 10 multi-hit efforts ... Gave an immediate indication of those skills with a .321 batting average in the team’s season-opening 10-game road trip to Florida, a stretch that began with two-run double in the season-opening win over Bellarmine on March 7 and ended with two hits in the clutch win over perennial powerhouse California (PA) ... Went behind the plate for the March 30 doubleheader against New Haven, notching a hit in each game and finishing with 12 putouts and one assist ... Smacked a pair of doubles in the second game win against Bridgeport on April 25, then closed out the NYCAC Tournament title win one week later with her first collegiate home run.
