Post: Played three years of varsity lacrosse for head coach Doug Rigo's Island Trees team, where he garnered all-conference accolades... was a two-time all-county and five-time all-conference performer on the wrestling mat for the Bulldogs, where he garnered 100 career victories... also played football at Island Trees.

Personal: Is the youngest of Kathy and Richard Cama's three children... his brother, Rich, was a former goalie at C.W. Post.
