Prior to C.W. Post: Transferred to C.W. Post after two seasons at Herkimer Community College, where he helped his team to a 2005 national title... played two seasons of varsity lacrosse for Todd Freeman's East Syracuse Minoa High School team... also played basketball for the Spartans.

Personal: Is the oldest of Robert and Mary Renetta's two children.
